- Christopher RFirst online yoga class.. will admit in the beginning it was really slow and i wasn’t sure it was going to be my thing or not. Then things picked up and I was enjoying myself. It allowed me while alone at home, to focus on what was being said about the move and why it was being done. I’m a novice yoga guy here and there but again happy to have an explanation behind why it’s being done. I will be happy to do another class. Thank you Chris.
